Vice City is the metropolitan anchor of Leonida. "A long way from the '80s," it is still the sun-and-fun capital of America: pastel art deco hotels and the white sands of Ocean Beach, the panaderias of Little Cuba, the bootleg stalls of the Tisha-Wocka flea market, out to the cruise-ship traffic of the VC Port.
